Emu Coffee makes boutique coffee accessible to café owners by providing top quality, fresh roasted coffee beans at a fair price. 

We will support your business so you can run it and succeed on your terms. Use as much or as little of what we have to offer as you like. Our promise to you is we will:

What’s the Emu Coffee offer? 

You can decide just to source roasted coffee beans from us at a fair price, from small roasters who know what quality means and take the time and care to deliver it. If you source coffee beans from us we will provide you and your business with some support, and you also have the option of joining our Buying Group,

We are not a franchise, and we won’t lock you into long term contracts. There are no ongoing royalties or contributions to marketing funds. We offer a one year, rolling supply agreement and we are confident that our coffee is so good, you’ll be back for more year after year. 

Our team has more than 15 years’ experience in retail café and hospitality supply, services and business development. We want to share that experience, knowledge, knowhow and networks with you. 

Will I get locked into a long term contract?

No. Part of our point of difference is there are no long term contracts. Our quality coffee beans are offered to you at competitive market rates on a one year rolling agreement. We believe our coffee is so good that you will want to keep renewing your supply arrangement with us.

Where do Emu Coffee roasted beans come from? 

We support small, specialty coffee roasters. Often these are family businesses, with many years’ experience, and a great love for their work and their product. We make these beautiful, boutique coffee beans available to you and your customers. We are also a member of ICWA, the International Women’s Coffee Alliance in Australia.

What’s the cost of sourcing coffee beans from you?

Our pricing is largely based off your average kg per week. If you’re new to industry we will talk about how we can best support you together.

Where does Emu Coffee currently operate? 

We supply coffee beans to cafes across the east coast of Australia, and plan to expand beyond that. If your business is not on the east coast, but you’re interested in our offer, please get in touch with us and we will keep you across our plans. 

How do I source Emu Coffee beans for my café?

Is coffee equipment included in Emu Coffee’s supply agreement? 

In some instances, yes. It depends on the level of flexibility you’re looking for and your cafe’s volume. Let’s talk more about the right option for your business.
